Jeffrey P. Hurley, MD - West Chester, PA Dermatologist
Dr. Jeffrey Hurley is the director of Hurley Dermatology, located in West Chester, PA. The practice was founded by his father, Harry J. Hurley, M.D., former Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Jeffrey Hurley obtained his Medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He served as an intern at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts before completing a dermatology residency in Detroit, Michigan at Henry Ford Hospital. He then completed a dermatopathology fellowship at the Scripps Clinic/ San Diego Naval Hospital in San Diego, California.
Dr. Hurley both practices and oversees all facets of the operations including adult and pediatric dermatology. This includes the medical and surgical treatment of inflammatory and malignant skin disease; laser surgery for spider veins; and Botox® and Juvederm® for facial rejuvenation. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology (Dermatology) and the American Boards of Dermatology and Pathology (Dermatopathology). Dr. Hurley is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a member of the staff of Chester County Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Dr. Hurley enjoys traveling, golf, and rooting for his Phillies.

Sarah Ahmed, MD
Dr. Sarah Ahmed is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Born in New York, she grew up in Delaware County and went on to attend Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia after completing her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University through their accelerated BS/MD program. She then completed a highly competitive research fellowship in the Autoimmune Skin Disease Unit at the University of Pennsylvania, where she led and published influential original studies in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the British Journal of Dermatology, and other leading journals, focusing on complex medical dermatology and medical education.
She completed her dermatology residency at St. Luke's University Health Network in Easton, PA, where she deepened her commitment to cosmetic dermatology and energy-based devices through her active involvement with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Following residency, Dr. Ahmed served as Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Northwell Health in New Hyde Park, NY. There, she taught dermatology trainees, and delivered outpatient and inpatient care within a major tertiary academic center.
She is now thrilled to return home and join Hurley Dermatology, where she brings a patient-centered approach anchored in clinical excellence, academic rigor, and a genuine passion for advancing the field. Dr Ahmed is committed to staying at the forefront of both medical and aesthetic dermatology to offer her patients the most up-to-date, evidence-based treatments.
Outside of clinic, she enjoys quality time with her family, exploring nearby cities, and travelling internationally.
