What to Expect During Your First Visit to the Office
To ensure that we can spend the most time with you, please arrive ten minutes
before your appointment time for in person visits. This will ensure you have time to fill out all necessary office and insurance information, if you have not done so previously. After all the appropriate forms have been completed, we will bring you to an exam room for your evaluation by our providers. We always encourage you to ask questions, and we are always glad to address any concerns you may have.
